Once an order is placed we aim to dispatch goods as soon as possible – this period will vary depending upon work load and timing, and may be as early as the same day, but is more likely to be the next working day. In the event that we cannot deliver your order, or a part of your order we will inform you within three working days and a full refund will be immediately available to you if you wish to cancel and purchases that are not available.  As a UK customer we normally will dispatch via a reputable delivery or courier service. Delivery will normally be within three working days of dispatch and will need to be signed for Proof of Delivery.  In some circumstances when tracking is available we will provide this information upon request.

Note this applies to all UK destinations including Scottish Highlands and Islands, and N. Ireland. However, remote locations may experience a delay on quoted delivery times.

Please note all quoted postal delivery times are from notification of an order being shipped, not from the notification of the order having been placed

Secure Payment

To ensure your shopping experience with D and A Countrywear is safe and secure, we accept payment through a third-party payment provider – namely Sagepay.

Products

We stock a very wide range of products, in a huge range of sizes and colours. The website updates to show which items are out of stock, and our inventory control system will stop you buying an item that has become out of stock in the short time period between website updates.  However, in a very small number of cases, due to an inventory error an order might be placed for an item that proves to be out of stock. In such circumstances we make a full and immediate refund of your entire payment to us.

Every effort is made to ensure that pictures accurately represent the products they show, and that colours are accurate, however, due to technical limitations (eg monitor setups) and slight product variations this is not always possible. For your information all our products are identified in the catalogue by a code with 4-7 characters. When requiring more information please quote this number on all correspondence. In addition as a number of our clothing lines are available in different colours, please indicate the colours you wish to enquire about.

Some products are available with different embroidery, and we do our best to ensure this matches the catalogue / internet images however we cannot exchange goods due to variation in embroidery.

Sizes

Most of our products are labelled with all European sizes to help customers when purchasing (French, English, German sizes). However, our ordering process is based upon the French sizes shown in the catalogue. You will find on a website a conversion table that enables you to select the desired sizes. Some products are sold in sets, so you must order according to the range shown. European sizes do on the whole convert to sizes slightly below UK sizes so please bear this in mind when choosing sizes.

We reserve the right to alter specifications and prices, and remove items from sale without notice when this is necessary. All prices displayed on the website are subject to change – this will not affect the price of an order after it has been placed.
